用途
该产品是我公司引进吸收消化世界先进技术研制而成的第二代产品。在常温下对轮胎可直接投入机腔进行粗破碎成3-8CM的块状，以便于下道旋转研磨成10-30目胶粒和分离钢丝或纤维的设备。
特点
本机是具有结构紧凑、工艺先进、能耗低、效率高、粉碎室为对开试结构，维修保养尤为方便等特点；刀具采用硬质合金堆焊技术，高硬度、高耐磨、并可反复修复使用，故使用寿命较长；圆网筛为钢丝网格结构，落料面积大，有利合格胶料出筛。对特大型轮胎需分割后同样能达到如意的效果!

Application:
This product is the second generation our company has developed after we absorbed and digested the advanced technology in the world. The machine can crush the tires into blocks of 3-8CM in room temperature after they are directly charged in. This is good for the sequent equipments, which either crush the tires into colloidal particles with size of 10-30 meshes or separate steel wire or fiber.
Features
The advantages: compact structure, advanced technology, low energy consumption, high efficiency, open crushing room and easy maintenance. The cutters are surface welded by hard alloy steel. So they are hard, durable and available for repeated use. The round filter, structured in steel wire grids, haslarge area of material falling, which is suitable for qualified material to pass through. Satisfactory results have been achieved in test of super large tires as long as they get broken up.
